Returns and Inspection Period

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a designated third party, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke the agreement through an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this purpose, but you are not obligated to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The return shipment is free of charge for customers within the Netherlands and Belgium during this period. Returning is free if you use regular carriers (DHL & PostNL). You must first frank the order yourself, and this amount will be refunded to you upon reimbursement of the purchase amount from us. Please return the order as complete and undamaged as possible within this period, including the purchase receipt, packaging, manual, drivers, etc. You can download and print the model withdrawal form at the bottom of the page. You can include this form, filled out, for a quick processing. If products are returned in a condition not suitable for resale or damaged, charges may apply. After the moment of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.

We will refund the full purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment) as soon as possible after receiving the withdrawal notice to your account. 

CANCELLATION FORM

Products that are printed or stickered at the customer's request, or delivered based on a special quote for the customer (B2B), are not covered by the right of withdrawal. 

Defective products will undergo the RMA-procedure, meaning they will first be tested by Scheepsuitrusting. Subsequently, if a defect is identified, they will be returned to our supplier. Always include a clear, detailed, and, above all, unambiguous description of the complaint with the defective product. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee thru the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
